assessments:\u00a0 the <strong>General Assessment<\/strong> and the <strong>Lawn Fee<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<strong>Lawn Fee<\/strong> covers the cost to maintain private yards.\u00a0 It is paid by all single family and townhome owners, but not by condominium owners.\u00a0 Condominium owners pay for lawn maintenance around their homes through a separate assessment paid to their Condominium.<\/p><p>The <strong>General Assessment<\/strong> pays for all other expenses related to maintaining the common areas and operating the Association.\u00a0 The General Assessment covers the cost for services such as pool management, snow removal, common area grounds maintenance and management.\u00a0 It also pays for administrative expenses such as taxes and fees.<\/p><p>For 2027, the Board is proposing a 0% increase in the General Assessment.\u00a0 They were able to do this by significantly reducing expenses while still maintaining a high level of service to all homeowners.\u00a0 More details can be found in the budget notes.<\/p><p>The draft budget assumes a TENTATIVE 3% increase in the Lawn Fee.\u00a0 The Board is currently soliciting bids for this service.\u00a0 Because this fee is based on the actual cost of the service, it will be adjusted once a final contract is approved.<\/p><p>Please take a moment to review the draft budget and provide your written comments to <a href=\"mailto:rpatel@tmgainc.com\">rpatel@tmgainc.com<\/a> by November 6, 2026.\u00a0 The Board will consider all feedback received and will likely approve a final budget at their November 18, 2026
