The Cabin Branch community pool is located at 22201 Fulmer Avenue, Clarksburg, MD and is open to all full time residents of the neighborhood.  

Who needs a pool pass? 

Every person who is 8 years of age or older must register to use the pool even if you were already issued a Member Splash pool pass last year.  Caregiver passes will once again be offered for a fee of $25.

Will I receive a pool pass?

An ePass for each eligible person listed on your pool pass application will be emailed to you.  A separate ePass will be issued for each person listed on your pool pass application. The ePass can be stored in your Apple or Android Wallet or a screenshot of it can be saved in your phone’s Photos app. If you do not have a phone or would prefer to use a paper pass, the ePass can be printed out or you can order a paper pass when you submit your application. Lifeguards will also be able to check you in to the pool using only your name and address if your pass is not handy.

How do I invite guests to the pool?

Each household will receive 10 free guest passes with your membership. Additional guest passes can be purchased on the pool pass application portal in packs of 10 visits for $20. No checks or cash will be accepted at the pool. Guest passes must be purchased through the application portal.

Paper guest passes will not be issued. Instead, all guest passes will be virtual and used by the lifeguards to check in guests.

You will not be permitted to use the pool if any of the following applies to you:

• Your account balance (or that of your landlord) is past due. Please note that your access to the pool may be restricted at any time during the season if your account balance becomes delinquent.
• You do not have a valid 2026 ePass.
