At the Annual Meeting on November 18th, there will be an election to fill one expiring position on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running for the Board, fill out and return your Candidate Qualification Statement by October 31, 2026.
Draft Revised Community Standards & Guidelines

Draft 2027 Budget
The draft 2027 operating budget calls for a 0% increase in the general assessment and a TENTATIVE 3% increase for private property lawn maintenance. Review the draft 2027 Budget and Budget Notes and provide your written feedback by November 6, 2026. The Board will approve a final budget at their November 18, 2026 meeting.
